Dark Schneider is the super cocky main protagonist of the Bastard!! manga. He’s also incredibly lecherous and never misses an opportunity to have his way with any attractive female character that crosses his path. That’s unbecoming for someone over 400 years old, right?! On top of that, he’s a powerful wizard that always seems to have one last trick up his sleeve.
Throughout the Bastard!! manga, he battles evil tyrants, grotesque monsters, and overpowered demons. And even when things seem hopeless, he always finds a way to turn the tables on his opponents. For this reason alone, he deserves to be in the number one spot. However, he also has an arsenal of abilities that give him an edge:
Black Sabbath Dawning: Capable of destroying the world, Black Sabbath Dawning is an ancient spell that traps the enemy. Then, fragments of matter bombard the enemy while a nuclear fission reaction exponentially increases the temperature.
Guns and Roses: Generates a wall of fire that incinerates anything that it comes into contact with.
Judas Pain: Once Dark Schneider collects the seven shards of Judas Pain, he transforms into Majin Dark Schneider. Thus, becoming even more powerful than he was in his original form.

Posted : 2 years ago on 24 November 2022 04:07 (A review of Arshes Nei)The Empress of Thunder was once the lover of Dark Schneider who happens to be the adoptive daughter as well, of this man. Her tragic life made her virtuously strong who knows how to love ardently. This half-elven girl was loyal to Dark Schneider for 100 years. But this womanizer every time made the warrior Empress upset.
Judging from her position well, it was actually very disgraceful, right? But what impresses us the most is the strong mentality that she exhibits during the final showdown. Yes, she was compelled because of the Accused Curse imposed on her. But whatever she projected during the fight was tremendously aggressive while being totally stunning.
She is really a queen who is very sad at heart but still keeps on going. She is without a doubt very inspiring and holds a special charm and distinctiveness to the narrative.
So, tell us do you agree with our verdict? Make sure to tell us everything about the female characters from Bastard!! right in the comment section below.
But this is all for today, hope to meet you all very soon in our next publication, Bye-Bye…

2nd Yoko
Posted : 2 years ago on 24 November 2022 04:05 (A review of Tia Noto Yoko)Tia Noto Yoko is the guardian of Lucien Renlen and the daughter of Great Priest Geo Noto Soto. She is very reasonable, who first determines what is needed and what can be resolved without effort. Her massive rational power is what made her appear pretty appealing throughout.
Her unconditional care for Lucien is amazing, however, she despised Dark Schneider and her flamboyant way of handling girl situations. Her selfless love for Lucien is magnificent. She cared and loved the pure human Lucien with all her heart and it is reciprocated as well, by the lad. She is a tough lady even though her background. She is mentally rugged as well.
She is without a question a great woman who is inspiring from all angles, to be honest.

2. Aisaka Taiga
Posted : 2 years ago on 24 November 2022 03:50 (A review of Taiga Aisaka)Known throughout the whole campus as the Palmtop Tiger, this is a play on words on her name as well as her feisty personality. Taiga is easily angered and got off on a wrong start with Ryuuji. Her only friend at that time was Minori. She lived a lonely life with no parents until the Takasu family started inviting her for dinner. She has a crush on Yusaku and worked with Ryuuji to get the attention of their crushed since Yusaku was Ryuuji's friend while Minori was close to Taiga.
The most definitive trait about Taiga would have to be her tsundere personality. Everybody loves a good tsundere and Taiga is no exception! It took her that many episodes before she realised her love for Ryuuji. When caught in an embarrassing situation, she is easily flustered which is not typical of her usual feisty trait. The character development for Taiga would also be a reason on why she is so lovable. Throughout the series, she eventually found people that truly cared for her unlike her father who abandoned her. Progressively, you can see that her remarks and retorts were getting less harsh and she started to smile more often.

Simply Beautiful
Posted : 2 years ago on 24 November 2022 10:58 (A review of Toradora!)Warning: Spoilers
When I first heard of this anime, I was given a link to the site with episodes and a series summary. I didn't watch it then because even though my friend told me it was the best anime he had seen, I didn't see a potential for greatness. It looked decent. He had mentioned it other times since then but didn't push me into it. I think it was mostly a "why not, I'm curious" attitude that got me to see this show. I watched the first four episodes, not long after I was tempted to see more, and then only stopped because I required sleep. Then I got up early, started again, stopped only because a friend wanted to see me, then finished the show. In short, I was hooked and by the end as close to crying as any anime got me.
The story is about an odd boy named Ryuji and a delinquent girl named Taiga, the palm top tiger. Their first meeting doesn't go well. Then Taiga accidentally leaves a confession letter meant for someone else in Ryuji's bag, then goes to his house to make sure he can't use it against her. Instead he calms her down and agrees to help this unruly girl get together with Ryuji's eccentric best friend Kentemura. Their first attempt fails and Ryuji is free to not help Taiga but he decides to continue helping her, and soon enough Taiga becomes an honorary member of Ryuji's family.
First off, we must mention the ungodly pacing. The amount of content packed into a single 25 minute episode without having to rush it is mind boggling. A typical Toradora episode has the content of two to three episodes of another anime yet flows naturally. This also ensures there aren't any pointless filler with every episode contributing. This is the only series I can think of where there isn't a single bad or lack luster episode. Every episode is high quality, and you'd be surprised how hard that is even for a twenty five episode show. This pacing also gives immense room for characterization and development, where the show shines most. The five main characters all get a good chunk of development, with the main two getting the most of course, and they all get it every episode in some form or other. This results in the anime becoming a home away from home, with a sense of familiarity and adventure in even their most common activities. The humor, while involving some slapstick, is mostly from the character's personalities, be it Taiga's spiteful snarkyness, or Kentmura's zannyness or Ryuji's habits.
This series also boasts amazing drama, and it does so without gimmicks that other highschool romance shows use. We don't see Taiga or Minori getting kidnapped by some biker gang with Ryuji needing to come to the rescue. We don't see attempted rapes or psychotic people trying to murder one of the love interests so they can move in like many highschool romances(and I honestly expected at least one of those to pop up in this show at some point) Now there's not necessarely anything wrong with those plot events, but it says a lot that Toradora can create much more powerful drama with events on a much smaller scale, and don't think this show can't produce some intense moments despite it's light hearted tone.
There are still some highschool romance conventions here but they're all played well. Toradora is up there as an all time favorite of mine, with only two anime I can think of that can compete with it. If you've never seen a romance anime before, I'd start with this one.

I'm not crying. You're crying!
Posted : 2 years ago on 24 November 2022 10:56 (A review of Violet Evergarden )Okey, I'll keep this review as brief and too the point as possible. The animation is just stunning. This anime is just gorgeous with a capital G. Voice acting is perfectly chosen. Weather you're watching the sub or the dub it's great.
If I had too point out one negative thing it's the fact that some people may find the first two or three episodes relative slow. But please do yourself a favor and keep watching. As soon as episode 3 or 4 the series starts too click.
The story is a writers Magnus opus. The characters have convincing motivations, backstories etc. And then I'm not even talking about the events in the episodes themselves.
From episode 6 to 13 it's one big cry-fest. The stories are so heartfelt and heartbreaking I had to cry at least a few times every episode. Anyone with their heart in the right spot would cry I think.
EPISODE 10 is without a doubt one of the best things you'll have ever seen.
Watch this now.
