(A review of
Metal Gear Solid)
Metal Gear Solid is one of the best games ever created. The graphics are revolutionary, the gameplay is excellent, the storyline is top, the gameplay relys on stealth rather than Doomish action. You are Solid Snake, a super-agent who is sent to Alaska to take out the terrorists that occupied a U.S. nuclear facility. You arrive at the dock-area, and the place is crowded with armed guards. You sneak your way past them. If you try to kill them, there is a good chance that you`ll be killed. Brilliant! The storyline is very good and borrows heavily from blockbuster action-movies, but this is far better than most movies. The only downside of this magnificent title, is that it is too short, but don`t refuse to buy it because of that. MGS is a massive game, that will change the way action-games are developed! 10/10

(A review of
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes)
Warning: SpoilersWhen Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain caught my attention I was more than happy to see there's a prologue already released. Surely the main story line is very short (one mission, absolutely epic) but well-worth the money spent since it's replayable. The thing is despite there are also 6 missions that will unlock depending on what grade you finish the main story line. At this point I have still have 2 locked (I've played the other 4 and they are a lot of fun), what makes it even more interesting.
So it's a good way to get ready for Phantom Pain because from what I see here, it's going to be an outstanding game.

(A review of
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Official Strategy Guide)
Iโm very hesitant to donate or sell any of my guidebooks. They are the lost relics of a bygone gaming age. Hell, as always I was surprised to find an ISBN number on here. I probably spent just the same amount of time in these (likely more time) as any other novel. Plus games are remarkably good at telling stories.
Metal Gear Solid 3ย is probably my favorite title in the whole series. Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty have a special place in my heart. Snake Eater takes the stealth title to a whole new level. People probably complain about having to switch camos so tediously now. Itโs not as bad as it might look especially if you are into the game. And there is no question that I was into metal Gear Solid. I own the PS3 HD Legacy collection and still have all of the original cases. They are important, haha!
Iโd say I used this guide quite a bit after my first play through. Itโs an excellent reminder and can definitely help if you are out to shoot all the kerotans. This book is also my nostalgia trip if Iโm not in the mood to play the games while the characters and plot are floating in my head.
Thank you, Hideo Kojima!
Kojima is god! Kojima is god! Kojima is god! Everybody say โ Kojima is god! Kojima is god!

(A review of
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater)
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is superior to all other PS2 Console games. It give you an experience like any other; the gameplay is amazing, the graphics are stunning, the storyline is cinematic, the characters are extremely likable. This game has some the most unique bosses of any other game; i think they are comparable to that of Resident Evil 4.
This game's storyline I believe is second only to the first MGS installment. But it answers pretty much every question you are left with at the end of Sons of Liberty.
The ending, if you can understand it, is the best ending of any game/movie I've ever seen. I was deeply moved, know that The Boss was simply fulfilling her duty, yet no1 would ever know that. And it was sad to think that this heorin was just going to go down as a criminal in history.
The music, again, is gripping, much like MGS2, but i think in ways, much better, Harry Gregson Williams is masterful in writing scores...i loved his work in Armageddon as well.
Simply put, gripping and graphically stunning video game...10/10

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty)
If get the chance to play this game, I'm certain you will never need to play another game. This is the defining moment in Video Game History. You will be amazed at all the detail this game has and I'm certain you'll be playing it over and over again. Just make sure that NO-ONE tells you anything about this game beforehand or it might ruin the entire game...be prepared for non-stop action, suspense and video gaming, that would make most Hollywood Action Directors blush.

(A review of
Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake)
While I never finished this game, I still found it enjoyable and interesting. The building at the end of the game was just too tough for me, and I eventually grew tired of the game. But then again, I had no semblance of patience back in those days. If I had the chance, I would love to play this game again. This was a great send-off to a game which set new standards at the next level.

(A review of
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain)
Once you are dropped into the game, you are treated to beautiful cinematics and mystery. Even if you have played all of the games in the series, there is a lot of mystery and confusion. The game does a great job at revealing its story, and filling the past games' plot holes and "now I know now" moments.
The game-play of The Phantom Pain is more fluent and dense than any other in the series. From the facial animations to the crouch movement, You can clearly see the amazing effort Kojima Productions and Konami had put into this game. All of the good details, graphics, and animations all look perfect in the game's cut-scenes.
In The Phantom Pain, there is no longer the "stealth or guns- blazing" decision making. It is Unexplainable of how many ways you can infiltrate, kill, travel, or anything else (So many choices!). It has the most choices of game-play of any game EVER! Even so that I just can't explain it!
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is easily the BEST stealth oriented game to date, and the most game-play choices of any game in existence! Everybody should buy this game when the chance is given!
